Mission Workshop products are built to endure, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all clean, unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your gear.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon arrival at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
