How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Transit time usually ranges from 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our California warehouse.
What is your return policy for technical apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags are still attached.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees required by their local government.
How should I clean and maintain my Mission Workshop bag?

Are your products waterproof?
Most of our bags feature weatherproof construction using TPU liners and specialized fabrics. While highly water-resistant and suitable for heavy rain, they are not intended for full submersion.
